HEAD TO THE GYM OR EAT A SALAD?
Exercise Vs Dieting, which one really is more important for weight loss? According to the short video below, diet has the slight edge. By eating right in the first place, you’re putting less calories into your body meaning there is less to burn off – remember that you can burn off calories in other ways other than vigorous exercise. Somebody with a good diet could potentially burn off calories by simply walking. Whilst on the other hand, someone scoffing down junk food all day will have to spend much more time burning off the calories.

However if you want to lose weight and are serious, then there’s no point debating which is better. Do both! Both are equally important. Personally I feel that diet doesn’t get enough attention. Maybe it’s just me but I was ignorant to this concept. When I was younger I spent hours doing ab exercises every day without yielding results. They say abs are made in the kitchen and now that saying rings true for me.
So you want to lose weight? Head to the gym AND eat a salad.
